Norton II, CPP, established Norton Consulting & Investigations on July 1, 2001. With more than 40 years experience in both the public and private sectors, Ed was determined to develop a company that would provide superior customer service. He has brought a "hands on" management philosophy to NCI. Each client's account is handled on an individual basis. NCI does not apply a "cookie cutter" approach to its service model. At NCI, we understand that each client's needs are different. We identify those needs and provide the appropriate service. Our employees are taught that customer service is a priority. It is our goal to serve each client by meeting and exceeding their expectations. This is accomplished by providing highly trained, skilled and motivated employees who excel in their fields.
