Edward C. Norton II, CPP - President/CEO
Founder and owner. He has over 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of law enforcement, security, protective services, consulting and investigations. He served in the United States Air Force for 30 years in law enforcement and security management. After retiring from the government service, he entered the private sector where he successfully managed in the security and loss prevention industries. Ed successfully managed operations in support of "Operation Desert Storm and Operation Just Cause". He has trained and conducted joint operations with the U.S. Secret Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the U.S. Marshall Service, U.S. Customs Service and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. He was a successful manager for three major security companies. Ed has served as an Expert Witness for the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board. He has managed large special events operations such as Air Force Base Open Houses, Apple Computer Global Sales Conference, Toyota USA Annual Reveal Show, and the American Society for Industrial Security Annual Exhibits and Seminar Program. Ed is a Certified Protection Professional. He is a graduate of Park University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management.
Sean Norton - General Manager
has over 11 years of experience in management, loss prevention, and inventory control. Sean was recruited away from Office Depot Inc. where he worked for 9 years as a Receiving, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Manager. While with Office Depot he learned inventory control techniques across multiple channels that helped maintain consistent shrink numbers well below industry standards. He has extensive knowledge of Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, and Customer Service.

Jason Porter - Director of Operations
Director of Operations. He has over eight years of experience in Security Management and Executive Protection Operations. Jason is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While in the Corps, he received extensive training in executive protection operations and in counter-terrorism operations. Jason is recognized both nationally and within the state of Nevada for his expertise in Executive Protection Operations. He is a qualified expert in firearms and is a Certified Instructor of Hand to Hand Combat and Pressure Point Control Techniques (PPCT). He joined the NCI team in January of 2002.
