Sean Norton earned over 15 years of operations, management, and leadership experience with multi-billion dollar corporations prior to coming on board with NCI.
Early in Sean's career, his responsibilities included all aspects of store management, including cash responsibilities, inventory, delivery supervision, as well as customer service. As Receiving Manager for one of the nation's largest supply companies, Sean was responsible for supply chain and distribution. His duties included loss prevention, detecting fraudulent activities, both internal and external, and investigating defective product returns. Sean managed key personnel as a Customer Service Manager and was proactive in resolving complaints and concerns in order to keep customers satisfied. His duties also included scheduling hours, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for service personnel. Sean was invited into and completed the organization's Leadership Development Program which included diversity training, human resource training, and essentials of leadership.
Sean uses his leadership and operational experience in working with NCI Clients on a daily basis. His attention to detail in understanding the situation and the Client's needs, assist NCI Clients in achieving their goals. Jeffery White - Operations Manager
Jeffery is a retired US Air Force Security Patrolman with 24 years experience in armed and unarmed security and law enforcement operations in both the government and private sectors. His experience includes all facets of the industry including resource protection, anti-terrorism, force protection and nuclear security. He is a seasoned leader of small, medium, and large security force operations.
During his Air Force career Jeffery gained a broad spectrum of experience in armed security and police functions where he earned the military equivalency of general arrest authority. He has experience in all security related positions including armed sentry, entry controller, mobile patrol, desk sergeant/security controller, and shift supervisor. Later in his career Jeffery transitioned into leadership positions including Security Force Instructor, Non-commissioned Officer in Charge of Plans and Programs, and earned the position of Chief Security Forces, Nevada Test & Training Range, Nellis AFB, Nevada.
As Chief of Security Forces, Jeffery was responsible for all security, law enforcement, and investigation operations occurring on the 3 million acre Nevada Test & Training Range. He was responsible for evaluating compliance for contracted security personnel and assessing contractor performance ratings which determined their performance bonuses and contract longevity. Jeffery has over eight years of high-level governmental security contract experience.
As a recognized subject matter expert for security operations and a member of the Source Selection Evaluation Team, he developed and published all documents necessary for the bidder's library including the performance requirements document (PRD). He was responsible for reviewing contract proposals and evaluating the proposals on technical merit. He then met with the source selection authority at Secretary of the Air Force level to make award recommendations. Jeffery was personally involved in the contract award for the 15 year, $479 million Range Support Services Contract.
